Mismatch with expectations on transparency stood out

Before purchasing, I went through the sales process with the expectation that I would receive complete and transparent information about how the software and training would operate. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The initial marketing suggested clear, straightforward onboarding but upon using the platform, I found the guidance lacking and some key details about invoicing and payment were unclear. It felt as if I needed to spend additional time and effort than anticipated to figure out basic things, such as how the automatic updates would affect my usage or how the dialer integrates with the database. Moreover, the pre-purchase information did not accurately prepare me for the amount of waiting involved to get telephonic support for some queries, leading to frustration. While the software did possess useful features, the mismatch between what was promised before buying and what actually happened was disappointing. The sales communication could be much clearer and more reflective of the true onboarding experience to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. Clarity on payment and support procedures prior to purchase would have been particularly helpful. This aspect stood out the most during my evaluation and ultimately left me dissatisfied with the overall process.
