Mismatch between expectations and sales info
I had expectations set by the pre-purchase conversation and the marketing materials regarding the software’s capabilities and support. During the sales call, I was assured of a streamlined onboarding process and responsive support. However, when I signed up and started trying the product, I quickly realized the system was not as intuitive as promised. The onboarding took longer than expected, and I found myself repeatedly trying to understand the workflow without the promised clear guidance. The sales team emphasized easy access to telephonic support, but in practice, I was often left waiting or getting only generic answers that didn’t help with my specific questions. While the features themselves seemed useful, the lack of alignment between what was promised and the actual experience was frustrating. It felt like the initial presentation glossed over the challenges that I would face day-to-day. This mismatch made me hesitant about how well I could rely on the software for my requirements. It was the lack of clear and detailed information during the sales stage that stood out the most and left me disappointed with the whole experience.
