Misleading labels threw me off completely
Before purchasing, I tried to understand the product details, but the way the features and options were presented in sales communication left me confused. The labels used on the website and during the inquiry process did not clearly correspond to what was actually included in the software suite. For example, I expected a bundled calling dialer feature but found that it required an additional setup step not mentioned outright. Also, the terminology around training sessions suggested they were integrated with onboarding, but in practice, they were separate and had to be scheduled independently. This mismatch between expectations based on wording and the actual setup process was frustrating and surprising. I struggled to get a simple answer on payment terms, as some labels implied ongoing charges but the invoice I received did not align with those terms. Clarity in sales materials would help users make more informed decisions. These inconsistencies made my experience difficult from the start.
