Misleading labels caused confusion before purchase

Going through the sales section before signing up was confusing and felt a bit misleading, particularly with how certain terms were labeled. For example, the way the different software packages and training options were described did not match what I initially expected based on the headings. The pricing and invoicing information was also presented in a way that made it hard to understand exactly what I was paying for and when. I spent considerable time going back and forth trying to find clear explanations of features like the dialer and calling tools, but the terminology used wasn’t consistent across the site. This made me question if I was choosing the right package at all. Additionally, the sign-up process itself assumed prior knowledge that I did not have, so I had to call support multiple times before proceeding. Overall, I think the one standout issue was the unclear wording and labeling, as it created a lot of unnecessary confusion before purchase and dampened my enthusiasm.
