Misleading details before purchase really caught me off guard
I thought the whole sign-up would be simpler but it was harder than expected. The sales info made it sound like you just click and start using, but things were slower and more complicated to set up. The dialing tools didn't seem to connect as smoothly either. I was hoping for a straightforward process but I got stuck more times than not. Also, the way they showed the database looked way better in the demo than what I got. I kept wondering if maybe I missed something or if it was just badly explained. Honestly, I just felt like I wasted time expecting something else. No one told me about some of the hidden steps, so I felt a bit lost all along. Probably they’ll improve but right now it really does not match what I was promised before buying.
