Minimal repetition made onboarding manageable enough
I found the onboarding and training quite manageable, with hardly any unnecessary repetition that sometimes can drag out processes. The training sessions were paced well, allowing me to absorb the steps without feeling rushed or bored. There were moments when I waited for updates after completing a module, but the wait times were fairly short and never felt intrusive. The step-by-step guides were clear enough that I did not often feel the need to ask for additional help. When support was needed, telephonic assistance was polite and got straight to the point without unnecessary delays. Overall, the process took a reasonable amount of effort on my part, but it was clearly designed to avoid overloading new users and to get them up and running efficiently.
