Might work better if you like figuring things out yourself
Hey, so I tried their training and onboarding to see if it was something I'd want to keep using. What I noticed is that the training stuff covers the basics well enough but if you ask me, it’s not super hand-holding. For someone who’s already a bit comfortable with software like this, it should be fine, but if you’re a total newbie then you might want some extra help later on. Onboarding did take a bit of effort to get through and I wasn’t always sure I was doing everything right, but I managed with the manuals and videos. Calling tools and the dialer also worked okay, though I hit some snags early on. The support line was alright, didn't feel like I needed to call back often once I figured things out the first time, but I guess next time I might want a quick chit chat with them again if something new comes up. The database functionality is solid but can be tricky to navigate without prior experience. All in all, I reckon it suits people who enjoy problem-solving themselves more than those wanting step-by-step help every time.
