might suit those patient with tech, not the impatient

I started using the wfhi product a few days ago and honestly, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag on a daily basis. On first try, the sign-up and payment process was simple enough and not something I struggled with. But as the days went by, the calling tools behaved differently than expected sometimes—like the dialer had lag issues mid-call and the database feature occasionally didn’t update contacts in real time. This made scheduling follow-ups tricky. That said, the automatic updates seemed to fix a few bugs they’d introduced earlier in the same week, which was a relief. The telephonic support team was helpful when I reached out, though it usually took a while before someone picked up. From what I noticed, the training and onboarding flow included lots of repeats but sometimes missed covering how to best set up workflows tailored to day-to-day needs. For someone who’s super comfortable tweaking settings and figuring things out independently, this could suit well. But if you expect smooth sailing from the start or rely heavily on immediate responses, there might be some frustration. Overall, I can see there’s potential here because the general software design serves remote workflows nicely, but the irregular performance and pacing of support make it better for people who have some patience and tech savvy to handle the bumps along the way.
