Might suit those comfortable with tech but not for beginners

I found the onboarding and sales process to be less than ideal especially when things didn’t go as planned. For example, when I tried to sign up and hit a snag due to some payment gateway issue, the response was slower than expected. The pre-purchase guidance did little to prepare me for the technical hitches during initial access. It may be fine for users who are comfortable troubleshooting independently or have prior experience with similar software. However, if you expect proactive handholding or a very streamlined setup without bumps, this might not be the best fit. The product itself seems capable once fully up and running, with features like the calling dialer and database functioning adequately. Still, these positives don’t fully counterbalance the frustration from poor handling of problems early on. For people who prefer a polished, error-free enrollment experience, I would caution them. That said, the telephonic support eventually assisted me but only after multiple calls and waiting periods. So, the practical takeaway is this software works well if you are somewhat self-sufficient, otherwise the early hurdles might be overwhelming.
