Might suit some but not all users equally

I have been using the WFHI software daily, and overall, it fits reasonably well into my workflow. The calling tools, especially the dialer, behave predictably, but sometimes the database feature feels a bit cumbersome during bulk calls. The automatic updates bring improvements that I appreciate, although adjustment periods are sometimes needed as things change subtly. Telephonic support is available and generally helpful, though not something I use all the time, mostly for troubleshooting. Over time, I noticed the onboarding flow was straightforward, but I could see that someone less comfortable with tech might struggle initially. The sign-up and payment procedures were clear, and invoices come on time, which is good. Still, I think this software suits someone who already has a basic grasp of remote workflows. If you’re new to this kind of setup, the training covers a lot but might feel overwhelming; steady use helps though. Overall, I like the functionality but would recommend it more for users with some experience managing databases and calls remotely rather than complete beginners.
