might not suit those who prefer perfectly ordered steps

The support and communication during onboarding were generally helpful, but I found the sequencing of the steps somewhat inconsistent. Some parts of the training came before I felt ready for them, especially the focus on dialer tools prior to fully understanding the database setup. This made me feel a bit overwhelmed at some points. The telephonic support was available and answered my queries, though occasionally it was harder to get through quickly. The signup, invoicing, and payment process was quite clear and straightforward which I appreciated. However, the automatic updates seemed to happen in the background without much communication, which could confuse new users. Overall, I feel this system might be best suited to those who are comfortable adapting to a less structured flow and can handle some back-and-forth. Those who prefer very detailed and linear steps might find the experience frustrating. There was enough assistance to keep things moving but a little more order in presenting information would have made it more user-friendly for me.
