Might not suit beginners needing a clear start

The training and onboarding process had some good information but I found the sequence a bit confusing and not very logical in places. It seemed like important steps were scattered, so if you’re someone who prefers a clear and linear learning path, this might not be the easiest fit. The initial training materials focused heavily on software features without fully addressing how to set up essential workflows first. I appreciated that the telephonic support was patient and gave helpful clarifications when asked, which made some of the less obvious steps easier to navigate. However, I felt a bit left to figure out some parts on my own, which could be difficult if you need more guidance upfront. For people with prior experience in remote software, it might be manageable. If you are new to remote workflows or prefer well-structured learning, this order may not be ideal. Overall, the support was a bright spot, but the training flow could definitely improve to suit wider user needs.
