Maybe not for you if you want quick replies
Alright, so here’s the thing with this setup—people on the sales side aren’t exactly speedy. I was kind of hoping for quicker responses because I had a bunch of questions before deciding. Sometimes it took a couple days to get answers, which felt a bit old-school given it’s supposed to be remote-friendly software. Now, the actual software demo was okay, they did explain it alright, but the back and forth was what annoyed me most. I guess if you’re super patient or already know similar systems, it might be alright. But if you want to get started and expect quick clarifications or fast onboarding help, this might get frustrating. I do want to give credit where it’s due—the initial payment and sign-up process worked smoothly without hiccups, which was nice. So yeah, if you’re someone who doesn’t mind a slower pace and is chill with waiting to hear back sometimes, go ahead. Otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere for better customer interaction. Just my two cents though!
