Maybe not for everyone who prefers guided training
Looking at the training and onboarding system, I found myself wondering if this would suit me—or others who don’t like to figure out details on their own so much. While I got through most of the steps related to setting up calling tools and exploring the database, I mostly had to guess or test how features worked instead of having thorough walk-throughs or examples. I’m thinking that if you prefer a very clear instructor-led flow, this approach could be frustrating. On the other hand, for someone comfortable experimenting and who can adapt without constant help, it might be fine. The automatic updates ran without interrupting my progress, which was nice, but the initial support materials felt a bit sparse for my taste. So I would say this training suits self-motivated learners better, while it might not meet needs of those wanting a very guided experience.
