Maybe not best for those who want quick fixes in support
I found the telephonic support from WFHI to be a bit lacking in some ways. When I had questions about the database feature and how to integrate it smoothly with my existing workflow, the answers were slower than I hoped and sometimes the explanations felt overly technical. On the other hand, I appreciated the automatic updates doing their job quietly in the background without causing disruptions, so that part was fine. If someone likes to rely heavily on support teams for quick hands-on help, this might not suit them perfectly. But for those who prefer to figure things out more independently or value stability over handholding, it could be quite enough. Personally, I’m hesitant to reach out again unless absolutely necessary, since the waiting and back-and-forth calls weren’t especially reassuring. The sign-up and payments were straightforward, which I’ll give them credit for, but overall I expected smoother communication. So while the software itself ran okay, the support experience felt like a mixed bag that I might not want to revisit frequently.
