Maybe good for setup-heavy users, not for those needing ongoing simplicity
I had hoped that the billing and payment system would be more straightforward, but it felt more like a setup-heavy process rather than ongoing ease. The initial account setup and first invoice were explained well enough, and I understand that some one-off steps are necessary to get everything configured just right. However, after those initial phases, I found that recurring billing wasn’t as hassle-free as I expected. Regular payments required checking and additional administrative time which could disrupt the workflow if handling multiple clients or projects. If you are someone who doesn’t mind investing significant time upfront and has the means to manage periodic invoicing manually, this may suit you. But if your preference is for a highly automated and hands-off ongoing billing experience, then I think this approach might become frustrating. The transparency is reasonable but everyday convenience seems lacking in certain ways with the setup tending to dominate rather than ease of continued use. I can see its value but for me, it didn’t meet my expectations in the long run.
