Maybe good for experienced users, unsure for beginners
Thinking about how the sales and pre-purchase explanations were laid out, I found myself a little torn. On one hand, there were parts that felt clearly explained, like the breakdown of features and payment options, which helped me understand what I was getting into. But on the other hand, some descriptions were a bit vague or used terminology that wasn’t immediately clear, making me hesitate before deciding. I’m still not 100% sure if all the functionality was fully communicated in a way that beginners would grasp easily. For someone who has worked with similar software before, this might be fine and they’d probably pick things up quicker. The database and calling tools seemed useful, but I wish the training or onboarding highlighted practical examples more effectively. This could help avoid some confusion down the line. Overall, I guess I’d say the clarity is decent but maybe it suits people with some background better than absolute newbies. I’m not certain I’d recommend it without reservations to everyone, especially if they’re new to remote workflow software.
