Maybe better for some, but not quite what I expected
Before starting with WFHI, I had a clear idea of how the software would handle the calling tools and database features, hoping it would be super straightforward given my past experiences. The sign-up and payment process was smooth and transparent, which was a relief. Training sessions covered the basics, but I noticed that some explanations were a bit rushed, leaving me unsure about a few advanced steps. The dialer worked well during my tests, but the automatic updates sometimes changed things without clear notice, which was confusing. Telephonic support was generally helpful but inconsistent in their guidance—some reps were very clear, others less so. This mix left me feeling unsure if WFHI is perfect for complete beginners or those needing detailed help. I think if you’re comfortable with remote workflow tools or want flexibility despite some surprises, this would work. But if you expect everything to match perfectly your prior software experience, you might find it a bit challenging initially. Overall, it’s a decent fit, just not exactly what I envisioned before I began.
