Matching WFHI to real work hours took some effort
What I appreciated was the intention behind the software’s design to fit around varied working hours, which is crucial for remote setups. When I started using WFHI, I found that the dialer and database features helped me organize calls and data within my preferred hours fairly well. However, some parts of the pre-purchase process didn’t quite line up neatly with my actual working schedule. For example, onboarding sessions and some telephonic support windows were less flexible than I hoped, requiring me to adjust my hours unexpectedly. This wasn’t a big deal, but it did take some juggling to align everything without interruption. The automatic updates mostly happened outside my active times, which was thoughtful and avoided disruption. Signing up and handling payments also went smoothly during periods I planned for administrative tasks. Overall, while the system is quite adaptable, getting the full rhythm right did involve a bit of back-and-forth coordination on my part. In conclusion, with a small tweak toward more scheduling flexibility, it could suit my real working hours even better, though it’s certainly functional now.
