However, other aspects of the sales process felt less impressive. The invoicing and sign-up details were a bit vague, and I had to ask multiple questions to fully understand the payment process and automatic updates. The team was polite but sometimes hesitant when navigating technical questions, making it hard to get clear answers. From what I experienced, part of the software meets what I expected based on the demo, especially in calls. But some other sales information was a bit unclear or missing, which I found frustrating. I think with more thorough pre-purchase transparency, my overall decision might have been smoother. Still, the key calling tool feature worked well enough to match my initial hopes even though the rest of the process left something to be desired.
