Matched my expectations on clarity of wording
When I started the training and onboarding with WFHI, I was unsure if the labels and wording used in the software would be straightforward enough for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. Fortunately, the clarity of the instructions and the labels on buttons were spot on and exactly what I had expected from the preview videos. Each step was logically named, and the instructions made sense without needing guesswork, allowing me to move through the onboarding process at a steady pace. This made the entire initial experience less frustrating than I had feared, and I could focus more on learning the process rather than deciphering confusing labels. Overall, it definitely met the expectations I set before signing up, which gave me greater confidence using their tools moving forward.
