Matched expectations mostly, nothing surprising
The whole interaction with sales and pre-purchase process matched what I was expecting from the beginning. I knew it wouldn’t be lightning fast or overly simple, and that’s exactly what happened. There were no major surprises in terms of how they explained the features or the overall software capabilities. It was a fairly standard experience, quite typical for products like this. I didn’t find any huge gaps or over-promises, so I can’t say there was anything that threw me off. The communication was professional, though sometimes a bit slow to respond. My only minor gripe was the occasional repetition of details or waiting for clarifications, but that’s nothing too unusual in this kind of setup. It’s probably what an experienced user would expect going in after dealing with similar platforms. So my verdict is straightforward: the process aligned with what I had in mind beforehand, and the product seems consistent with its description. Nothing exceptional, but also nothing disappointing or misleading. That’s where it stands in my view.
