Matched expectations, I continue to use it smoothly
Reflecting on the purchase, I can say that WFHI's software and training matched exactly what I expected from the start. Before signing up, I was curious about how much of the setup would be one-off and how much would require ongoing adjustments. The initial onboarding and calls using the dialer were fairly smooth, just as I had hoped. Over time, using the database feature became easier and the automatic updates felt timely without disrupting my workflow much. The telephonic support didn't always jump in right away, but when I did need help, they explained things clearly enough. The sign-up and payment process was transparent with easy invoicing, which kept my records straightforward. Now, months later, I am still using the platform regularly and it fits the remote workflow demands I had in mind. It isn't perfect, but it aligns well with the promises and demos you provide, so I feel satisfied with what I received considering the cost and effort involved.
