Matched expectations closely with minor adjustments needed
Before I purchased, I had specific notions about how the software would function based on what was described during sales. Most features, including the calling tools and database integration, aligned closely with my expectations. The onboarding experience was straightforward, matching the information I initially received about its ease of use and the automatic updates were seamless as promised. One small reservation is that some of the terminology used within the interface could be clearer to better suit users new to remote workflows. Overall, though, what I found in practice really did meet what I had anticipated beforehand, which I appreciated. I also found the telephonic support to be accessible when needed, adding confidence in the system. While the invoicing and payment process worked efficiently, it might benefit from slightly more visible documentation for first-time users. Even so, my overall impression remains positive since the main functionalities mirror the sales depiction closely, making it a product I feel comfortable continuing to use going forward.
