Many assumptions in training left me confused
When I first looked into the training and onboarding process, I expected a much more guided experience. The materials promised step-by-step setup, but in reality, I had to figure out a lot by myself. The initial video was okay, the only real helpful part, but beyond that, the instructions were sparse and sometimes contradictory. For instance, setting up the dialer was not as straightforward as I thought; no clear walkthrough was provided. I spent more time troubleshooting than learning, which was frustrating compared to what was advertised. Moreover, the onboarding flow was mainly self-paced without much support unless you reached out specifically, which I had to do several times. It felt like I had to teach myself how the software operated rather than being supported through a structured course. The database feature, which I was keen on using, got introduced late in the training without proper context, so I missed its full benefits initially. Despite this, I appreciated that automatic updates were seamless and didn't disrupt my workflow, so I won’t fault that part. Overall, the experience made me wish the training was more comprehensive and less dependent on guesswork.
