Managing software access took some effort, but mostly smooth
Since I started using the WFHI software for daily remote workflows, I’ve noticed it is generally reliable, though getting it all set up and running took a bit of patience. Initially, the onboarding was clear enough to get me logged in and familiar with the dialer and database features, but over the weeks, I found a few hiccups during heavy use days where the connection lagged a bit. The automatic updates usually ran in the background without much disruption, which I appreciated since I didn’t want downtime in the middle of calls or data interactions. The software’s interface is mostly intuitive, though the layering of menus took me a few sessions to memorize, making my workflow more streamlined. Telephonic support was accessible when I did face small issues, they explained things well without unnecessary jargon, which helped me avoid downtime. The invoicing and payment were straightforward and didn’t require repeated follow-ups. My main reservation is that some features could have more customization options to fit varying remote work styles, but overall, I feel I invested the right effort for smooth daily access, and the platform responded well to my needs even on demanding days.
