Managing expectations: a balanced view on confidence
Before deciding to purchase, I was quite cautious and tried to gather as much information as I could about WFHI's software and service. On the positive side, the sign-up and payment processing appeared straightforward, and the training materials gave a decent overview of what to expect. However, some aspects were less clear, especially the depth and ongoing nature of the support offered. The onboarding was slower than I had anticipated, and sometimes the database functions didn't sync as quickly as I hoped, which affected my confidence slightly. The dialer and calling tools worked well for basic needs but lacked some advanced features I thought might be included. Still, telephonic support was available, though not always immediately responsive. Overall, by the end of the sales and pre-purchase process, I felt moderately confident—neither fully assured nor completely doubtful—so I went ahead knowing there could be some adjustment required.
