Managed to complete all training steps successfully
The training and onboarding were provided in a sequence that made sense overall. I moved from initial sign-up through learning about the dialer and database features without confusion regarding what to do next. Each step was dependent on the previous, so I had a clear understanding by the time I reached the section on using the calling tools effectively. Although I found some parts basic, the order allowed me to grasp fundamental concepts before moving on to more complex material. I completed the training modules as intended. The only downside was a minor delay in automatic update notifications, which caused a small gap between when changes were implemented and when I was fully informed. Still, the final outcome was that I felt prepared to handle the software and workflows appropriately and could use the various features with reasonable confidence after going through each prescribed step.
