Makes sense in parts; might suit some more than others

When I first explored the site and the sales pitch, I found the wording across various sections reasonably clear but occasionally confusing. The product descriptions were generally specific enough to give a good idea about what software and training were offered, and the step-by-step breakdown helped me orient myself. However, some labels in the navigation didn’t completely align with the features inside, making me hesitate over what exactly I was getting at times. This can be a source of ambiguity if you are new to remote workflow tools and prefer very straightforward language. For seasoned users, the terminology and labels may be just fine but I think this would suit those who enjoy a bit of discovery rather than expecting everything to be spelled out in an unambiguous manner from the start. The payment and sign-up process was transparent with easy invoicing overall, which balanced my concerns in the pre-purchase phase.
