Actually, dialer aur database ke use mein kuch delays aur timing issues aaye, jo mere schedule ke saath completely fit nahi baithe. Training ke dauraan, ye expectation thi ki software ko main apne irregular hours ke hisaab se adjust kar paunga, par ye poora support nahi diya gaya. Aur jab main payment aur invoicing system use karta hoon, tab bhi time-based notifications thoda confusing lagte hain. Support staff se baat karne ke baad bhi mujhe lagta hai ki ye issues poori tarah solve nahi hue hain. Haan, software ka basic functionality to theek tha, lekin jo flexibility chahiye thi wo majorly missing thi. Isliye mera overall experience thoda restricted feel hua.
