Made sense mostly, but some labels were tricky
If I were to tell a friend about my experience using WFHI's support and communication features, I'd say this: most of the time, the labels and wording in the help sections made sense and helped me find what I needed. For example, the instructions for the dialer and managing the software database were generally clear. However, there were a few occasions when a label or term used seemed ambiguous, making me hesitate about which option to choose. The telephonic support helped to clarify those moments, which was good. So overall, there's a balance: the software communicates well enough to get the job done, but a little more clarity in certain areas would make the experience more confident and less prone to missteps. I did find the sign-up, invoicing, and payment processes straightforward, which helped keep things moving. I'd say to my friend it's mostly friendly software with a few quirks in wording, but not enough to spoil the overall usefulness.
