Made Sense in the End Despite Some Confusing Labels

So, I was messing around with the software and had some small issues where the wording and labels weren’t exactly what I expected, you know? The database tabs had names that didn’t immediately click with me, so sometimes I had to guess or hover before figuring out what each did. It slowed me down a bit but wasn’t a huge problem since the layout was pretty consistent, and I got used to it by the second day. The calling tools and dialer buttons were clearer, which helped a lot during my workflows. After calling support once for clarification, everything started making more sense. They explained some of the phrasing they used, which was neat. Eventually, I managed to work smoothly and actually got some decent work done because of that. The invoicing and payment parts were straightforward from the start. So to sum it up, despite odd labels, it all worked out pretty well and I was able to get things moving.
