lots of repetitive steps and waiting
Looking back, I found the whole software to be quite slow and repetitive. Every time I tried to access the calling tools or update the database, I ended up waiting longer than expected. Even things like signing up or processing payment seemed overly complicated with many back and forth steps that could have been avoided. The automatic updates sometimes broke certain functions temporarily, which meant more delays. I tried to get help through telephonic support, but the waiting times were also frustrating. Overall, it required more effort and patience than initially anticipated, making the experience stressful rather than smooth or efficient.
