Lots of effort, little payoff
Honestly, the training and onboarding with this software was tougher than I expected. At first, I thought it would glide smoothly, but the way it handled issues going wrong was really frustrating. I found myself going back and forth because some basic instructions were missing or too vague, which made fixing simple mistakes a drawn-out effort. The calling tools sometimes froze, and there wasn’t clear guidance on what to do next, so I spent a lot of time just trying to figure out next steps on my own. However, I will admit the automatic updates did a decent job keeping things up to date without me needing to worry. Still, the constant bumps and having to redo processes really drained my patience. If they improved the initial guidance and troubleshooting support during onboarding, it wouldn’t feel like such a slog. The whole experience felt like a slow process where I kept losing momentum rather than gaining it.
