Lost trying to find basic setup steps
Using WFHI software was frustrating right from the start because I couldn’t easily find the guidance for the initial setup. I tried searching the dashboard and support pages several times but the information was either buried or unclear. For a product centered around remote workflows, it felt ironic that the onboarding steps weren’t straightforward. I reached out to support but getting an answer took longer than expected, which didn’t help during my first few attempts. The dialer and database features might have been useful if I had managed to set them up. Unfortunately, the lack of easily accessible knowledge stopped me from making progress. A clearer, more user-friendly pre-purchase or signup guide could have saved me a lot of time and effort. Until then, I don’t think I can move forward with this software effectively. The moment it clicked that I lost track was when I couldn’t locate basic instructions after sign-up.
