Looking back, the whole process felt pretty solid
Reflecting on my initial impressions of WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase experience, I’d say it generally aligned well with what I’d expected based on their website and initial info. The sign-up process was smooth and didn’t have any hidden surprises, which I appreciated. Their staff had explained most aspects clearly, so when I used the software and training later, I found them quite consistent with my expectations. One little point that gave me pause was the invoicing system—it worked fine, but I thought it might be a bit more detailed or transparent about payment schedules. Still, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, the process felt straightforward enough, and the priority assistance phone support was responsive when I needed to check something. In retrospect, it’s the kind of platform that mostly delivers on its promises but leaves a little room for improvement in communication and billing clarity.
