Looking back, the training fit my hours well but could have been smoother
Reflecting on my time with the training and onboarding now that some weeks have passed, I find the experience was a mixed bag in terms of matching my working hours. The modules were available when I could log in, which was a relief given my irregular schedule. However, some parts of the training were quite fixed in timing or expected real-time interaction, which didn’t mesh perfectly with my preferred hours. I tried to make up for this with self-paced learning, but that also meant I missed out on some live support which could’ve been helpful. On balance, I ended up spending a bit more time catching up on recorded sessions than I’d hoped, so the fit with my actual working pattern was imperfect. Still, the content itself was useful and relevant. Overall, although I managed to complete the process effectively, I can’t say the timing was ideal for me, and I suspect others with tight or unpredictable hours might feel similarly challenged.
