Looking back, the signup and wait felt worth it
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI's software and training some time after the fact, I can say that the effort I initially put into understanding their sales process was more demanding than I anticipated. The pre-purchase inquiries took several steps of back-and-forth clarifications, which gave me a clearer picture but also tested my patience. Despite this, the onboarding flow gradually smoothed out, teaching me how to integrate the dialer with my existing workflows in a way that felt tailored rather than one-size-fits-all. The database feature was a standout, helping me organize contacts better than previous tools I’d tried, and the automatic updates kept everything current without me needing to track versions. Telephonic support was consistent throughout, albeit sometimes more accommodating than proactive, but that fit my style as I preferred hands-on exploration with occasional guidance. The sign-up and invoicing system required strict attention to timing and details, so while not effortless, it was fair and transparent. Overall, the whole process took some effort—more than I expected before buying—but looking back, I appreciate how every stage contributed to making the software and training usable and personally effective.
