Looking back, I wish there was clearer info before buying
Reflecting on the sales and pre-purchase experience some time after signing up, I realize that while everything eventually clicked into place, there was something missing at the start. The entire process of understanding what the software and training would include was a bit vague initially. The product descriptions touched upon key features but didn't fully outline how complex the onboarding and database setup would be. Initially, I assumed the dialer and calling tools would be plug-and-play, but I had to spend extra time learning the workflow integration part. The invoicing and payment steps were fine — straightforward and clear — but the absence of detailed pre-purchase training previews left some questions unanswered. Now, looking back, it would have been helpful to have a chance to explore a demo or get a more detailed walk-through of the software during the sales process to reduce the uncertainty. That said, the telephonic support proved quite useful once I was onboarded, which made the learning curve easier. I don't think I'll need that much help going forward since much of the software behavior has become familiar, but the little initial gaps in info could have saved me some confusion. From planning the remote workflow to using the automatic updates, the product has worked well, just that a bit more upfront honesty about the process effort would have been appreciated. So overall, satisfied, but those early missing details stood out as something I'd flag for future buyers.
