Looking at the sales side, took longer than expected to settle
I remember going through the whole sales and pre-purchase process feeling like it took quite a bit of time, especially understanding all the terms and labels on the pricing and packages page. The way they explained the offerings wasn’t always very straightforward at first glance because I kept circling back to review the details multiple times to be sure what I was committing to. The labels on different plans and the included features didn’t come fl uently for me right away, and I had to make several calls to clarify these points. That might be fine for someone patient or experienced, but it was a bit much for me initially. Once I got past that, the actual sign-up and payment processes were smooth, and the training material explained onboarding well. Reflecting back, the beginning felt like a bit of a maze with all those labels and fine print, but after patience and a few conversations, it clicked, and I’m happy I stayed the course. I guess this is about the effort it takes to get comfortable in the early days.
