Longer onboarding than expected slowed me down
Compared to what I anticipated, the training and onboarding process took significantly longer than expected. I figured I’d get comfortable with the software fairly quickly based on promotional materials, but the reality was different. The initial overview seemed clear, but applying that knowledge practically with the calling tools and database features required multiple repetitions and follow-ups with the support team. Because of this, I feel I would likely need assistance again if I had to set up from scratch another time. The difficulty wasn’t in the software itself, but rather in piecing together all the features and understanding how automated updates might impact my workflow. The added time spent was frustrating, but not entirely surprising considering the complexity. In future, I would prefer a shorter, more focused induction to avoid prolonged setup periods. Overall, the experience was useful, but definitely more time-consuming than I had been led to expect initially.
