Long-term use exposed gaps missing from the initial pitch
Hey buddy, just sharing my experience with this WFHI thing. At first, the software sign-up and initial use felt promising. I thought, great, something practical for remote workflows. But after using it daily for a week, I noticed some missing stuff that I hadn’t expected. Like, the dialer was glitchy sometimes and I had to restart it, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. The database feature looked good but it wasn’t very flexible in sorting contacts, which slowed me down during calls. What was really missing for me was more seamless integration with other tools I use. Sure, the training was okay but once the first thrill wore off, I felt pretty much on my own. Support calls helped sometimes but waiting on hold got irritating. The invoicing side was straightforward but not exceptional either. So, overall it felt like the basics were there but the day-to-day grind revealed gaps where I thought things would be smoother. If you want just an introduction to remote workflows, maybe try it, but for something professional and polished enough for daily hustle, it’s lacking a lot.
