Long process, felt like going round in circles

Reflecting back on the sales and pre-purchase stages, I found the sequence of steps quite confusing and tiring. Initially, I thought signing up and making the payment would be straightforward, but there were repeated steps that seemed out of order. For instance, I had to navigate through several pages for invoices and payment confirmation that didn’t clearly indicate what action was next. The communication sometimes left me wondering if my subscription was active or if I still had pending procedures to complete. The training demo was pitched at an early stage, which felt premature because I hadn’t yet fully understood what features would suit my needs. It made me hesitate, wondering if I was committing too soon. The automatic updates were mentioned as a strength, but I only realized their impact later, sometimes disrupting the workflow unexpectedly. I appreciated the telephonic support, but reaching them required multiple attempts, and the answers weren’t always consistent. All of this added up to a process that demanded a lot of effort and patience. I can agree that the customer support staff were polite and tried to help, which was a small positive. But honestly, the overall ordering of steps needs reconsideration to make onboarding smoother. Without that, the sales journey felt unnecessarily complicated and could discourage new users. I wish I had a clearer path to follow from the start, so all this back and forth felt less draining in hindsight.
