Long onboarding and training time was challenging
I must say the training and onboarding process took quite some time to complete, which was a bit frustrating when my actual work hours didn't fully align with the training schedule provided. There were moments I was eager to dive straight into using the software but found myself waiting on sessions or modules. The software interface itself isn't overly complicated, so I wondered if the length of onboarding was entirely necessary. However, I did appreciate that there was useful content tailored to remote workflow needs. The dialer setup was fairly straightforward once I got the hang of it, but the delay in training fit with my availability did throw off my initial plans. Automatic updates were handled well in the background, not adding to my workload. Still, if the process could be condensed or offered in more flexible slots, it would better suit people like me working varied hours. All in all, the time investment felt longer than expected, making me unsure if this approach matches the way I actually work.
