Long haul to get started
Getting started with WFHI’s support and communication was more effort than I’d hoped. Signing up took repeated calls to support because the onboarding steps were unclear, and I had to follow up several times before the dialer and calling tools worked correctly. It felt like the software was fine once operational, but the initial setup dragged out far longer than I thought was reasonable. The database required another round of explanations through telephonic support before I could input the needed information properly. While the team eventually helped sort out the problems, the waiting and back-and-forth slowed down my start significantly. For someone eager to get going quickly, the process was frustrating, and the billing and invoicing details took extra time to understand fully because of inconsistent communication. I can say that once running, the automatic updates didn’t cause me issues, but it took too long to reach that point. The overall effort to finally get going was high, and I would expect a more streamlined onboarding and support process in the future.
