Long effort, ended with low confidence
From the start, the sales and sign-up processes felt prolonged and overly complicated. I spent a considerable amount of time navigating through unclear steps and had to seek clarification multiple times before finally getting access. The training descriptions sounded promising but felt generic when finally reviewed. The software seemed to promise much, but the initial demonstrations failed to instill strong confidence in its practical effectiveness. Although the invoicing and payment steps were straightforward, that was the only part that left a positive impression. Given the amount of effort required just to get set up and the level of support available, I am left unsure about relying heavily on this product. Overall, the journey felt more exhausting than empowering and I did not feel reassured by the experience so far.
