Logical steps but I might not try this again
The support process follows a clear sequence that makes it easy to follow. You start by reaching out via the proper channels and after that, you get a reasonable timeline for responses. The people involved communicated well and explained things in a way that made sense. The whole setup of questions, explanations, and resolution followed an order that I found logical and no steps felt skipped or unnecessary. That said, while I appreciated the clarity and structure, I felt the entire experience took more time than I expected. There were a few moments when I wished things could move faster, or when I wanted more proactive updates. Because of that, although I think I would rely on this type of support if I had no other choice, I am not sure I would pick this service again for future needs given the wait times. Essentially, the service is good, the steps are sensible, but the pace and some delays leave me hesitant about repeated use. It’s fine as it is, but improvement in timing could decide if I come back or not.
