Logging in worked fine but the whole setup order messed me up

I’ll say the only thing that worked well for me was the initial login. Signing up was straightforward, and I got access without much wait. But right after that, it was a total mess. The onboarding steps seemed to jump around without a clear order at all — for example, it asked me to use the call dialer before explaining how to set up the database or manage the contacts list, which felt backwards and threw me off. Plus, there were automatic updates happening in the background that changed the interface at random points, making it even harder to follow. I kept having to backtrack and re-read instructions because what the screen showed no longer matched what I was being told. Then the support I tried calling got busy every time, so I ended up stuck more than helped. It just felt like somebody had designed the steps without thinking about how users would naturally get started. I like the idea but the order everything unfolded in completely spoiled the early experience. So yeah, only login went well but the rest needs serious reworking from a user's perspective.
