Log support mein bilkul responsive nahi the
Maine support team se contact kiya tha jab mujhe software mein ek urgent problem aayi thi. Lekin mujhe jo response mila, wo kafi delay waala aur indifferent tha. Har baar mehnat karke follow-up karna pada, aur jo communication hua, wo carefully listen karne wala nahi tha. Jab feedback dene ki baat aayi, toh lag raha tha ki koi urgency nahi hai unke liye. Support ke number pe call karne ke baad bhi, problem solve hone mein din lag gaye. Mujhe laga ki priority assistance ka matlab hi nahi hai wahan. Iska ek hi matlab hai mere liye: disappointment. Aise moment mein jab software kaam nahi karta toh support ka fast response hona zaroori hota hai, par yeh expectation yahan puri nahi hui.
