Limited support hours caused real issues
My experience with the telephonic support was quite frustrating primarily because of the misalignment with the hours I actually work. I generally operate in late evening shifts, and when I reached out for help during these times, the support team was unavailable. I made multiple attempts to call in the hours when I was free, but often found the lines closed or busy. Eventually, I had to schedule a call during the day, which meant rearranging my work to fit into their availability. When I did manage to get through, the support was polite but at times they seemed rushed, perhaps due to the volume of callers. The onboarding training was thorough, so that part was fine, but the lack of convenient support really hampered my ability to troubleshoot issues promptly as they arose. It seemed like an odd mismatch that the product is designed for flexible remote workflows but the live support isn’t accessible whenever needed. This made me lose confidence in relying solely on their telephonic assistance for critical fixes or questions in my actual work hours. Other than support, features like automatic updates and the database function worked fairly well on their own. But the timing and communication around support left me feeling quite unsupported during the key hours I needed assistance. Overall, while the product has potential, the restricted and somewhat inflexible support schedule was a major limitation for me personally.
